At It Is WELL Salt & Light Spa, we exist to restore mind, body, and spirit. Whether you step into The WELL House or find deeper restoration in Selah House, you’ll discover thoughtful spaces designed for your wellness. The Selah House is anchored on quiet restoration with its peaceful Salt Sanctuary and massage therapy. You are invited to rest without pressure and leave feeling renewed. The WELL House is home to the Apothecary, our beautiful event room where we host educational workshops, community gatherings, and hands-on DIY “make and take” experiences. When events aren’t in session, guests are welcome to stop in and create their own custom blends. The WELL House also features three specialized therapy suites: a Red Light Therapy suite, a Salt Sauna suite, and a Thermal Contrast Suite. Here, wellness is not rushed. It is intentional. It is personal. And it is deeply rooted in care. As we live out our values, 10% of all profits are given to support missionaries around the world, extending the light and love of wellness far beyond our doors.
